Sophia holds degrees in Physiology, Law & Business and has worked as a marketer/innovator within global Food & Drink companies (Mars, Coca-Cola, Unilever, Kraft/Mondelez). 10 years ago, Sophia felt a fundamental shift in consumer attitudes & behaviour towards food & drink and noticed also a worrying upswing in the incidence of diabetes and obesity. She tried to change things “from the inside” but the status quo was not quite ready for disruption. Sophia then took time out to qualify as a lawyer before returning as a global food and drink innovation consultant and impact entrepreneur. Sophia also co-launched an award-winning innovative healthy drinks brand, “Tg green tea” with a mission to “change what we drink, for the better”.
